He graduated in law from Delhi University, Delhi (India) and in practice for more than 22 years. He is based in New Delhi, capital of India.

He has a rich experience of working at Trial Court starting from the lowest court of Civil Judge or Metropolitan Magistrate. However, he has spent his most of legal career working in Supreme Court of India, various High Courts in country, various Commission and Tribunals.

Understanding law and client are two facets of same coin. He prefers a good deal of interactions with his clients before going to case and then court.

The development of Intellectual Property Rights is directly proportional to the intellectual development of people. As this phase of human development is known for knowledge based development, so the rate of development of intellectual property right is more than ever before.

He believes that the first requirement of service in the legal field is sincerity. He is voracious reader and always curious to know about changes in his field.
