Civil Litigation

This is a very dynamic area of litigation covering several issues related to day to day affairs of social life and business life. It will not be an exaggeration if it is said that civil laws regulate and facilitate our day to day living. We, at SASA consider that before going for litigation, it is always better to give ADR a chance. Civil cases can be settled outside of court or handled by way of alternative dispute resolution (ADR). It is always better to resolve the dispute in mediation than to sue in court. If the case is settled outside of court, both parties have slightly more control over the issues to be decided.
