IMPORTANT JUDGMENTS

1. Godhra Case: A special court on 21.02.2011 held guilty of burning the S-6 Coach of Sabarmati Express at Godhra railway Station on February 27, 2002, killing 59 passengers, most of whom were kar sewaks returning from Ayodhya. 63 out of 94 accused are acquitted by Additional Session Judge Sh. P.R.Patel for lack of evidence.
